YONEX EZONE 100 Tennis Racket

£207.50

YONEX EZONE 100 Tennis Racket 2022 (unstrung).   With this frame Yonex has added 2G NAMD SPEED to the graphite layup in the shaft, resulting in a more powerful response with better ball feedback. Yonex has also improved the beam construction, adding a thicker, more convex cross section in the shaft (for stability) along with a thinner frame face (for a softer response). Offering a slightly more forgiving and powerful response than the EZONE 98 racket.

YONEX Co. Ltc.   A major racket sporting goods global brand, that was founded originally in Japan in 1946 by Minoru Yoneyama.  By 1961, the first Yoneyama-branded racquet was introduced, and within another two years an export company was created for the worldwide distribution. After the company began to make aluminium badminton racquets in 1969, it found that the same technology could be applied to the tennis racket which the company introduced in 1971. The company began to experiment with graphite shafts for both types of rackets and found that these would also be useful for golf clubs.

Yonex has become the dominant corporate player in badminton. Yonex sponsors the All England Open Badminton Championships and is a partner of the Badminton World Federation which organizes the World Championships.[4] Upwards of 80% of competitive players use their racquets, as it is the preferred choice amongst professionals.[5] Yonex is significant in the tennis and golf industries as well and is a major sponsor of professional athletes in all three sports.[6]

With headquarters in Tokyo, Yonex continues to be driven to produce the most technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play their sport at a higher level.
