BABOLAT DRIVE 25 Inch Junior Tennis Racket 2021 – Blue / Coral

£55.00 £49.50

BABOLAT DRIVE 25 Inch Junior Tennis Racket .  New lightweight, graphite composite ‘FUSED’ racket – ideal for the intermediate junior player.   The 25 inch racket head gives juniors an excellent amount of manoeuvrability so that early on they can develop technique, power and a full stroke.

It’s important to find the right size racket for your child – as a guideline it is aimed at youngsters between 8-10 years old, who are playing with mini orange balls (bear in mind children develop differently and in our Farnham store we have special Babolat height chart that identifies exactly what size of racket is correct – alongside our staff observing how strong, or tall, a child might be for their age).

This new range comes in the iconic blue colourway that the Babolat DRIVES are famous for.

  • The 25 inch version is recommended for juniors playing with mini-orange balls

BABOLAT was founded in 1875 in Lyon, France, and is the oldest racket sports company in the world.  Its originator, Pierre Babolat, invented the first racket strings – made of natural gut, and 1925 Rene Lacoste won the French Open using a tennis racket strung with Babolat strings.  Since then Babolat strings have won at least one Grand Slam title every year. In 1994 the company diversified from strings and introduced its first tennis racket.  Babolat has continued to build its reputation by offering products at the forefront of technology and by supplying equipment to generations of champions who have won the most prestigious competitions.
