  Had a really wonderful experience today buying our first decent tennis racket for my 13 year old son (his previous racket was a hand me down to get him started and his instructor recommended that now we’re 2 years on we invest in a decent racket) well … More the service was incredible. We were talked through everything (as I’m clueless in this area) Henry was able to try the different rackets out and find which felt most comfortable for him. My son is autistic too and can feel anxious in new places or with new people and he was made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

  I've used this place for most of 2023, and I recommend them for restringing.
  However, as a regular customer, they determined they would (each time) use temporary grommets on the top of the racket. However, when it did finally snap (at the top), … More and the last restringing service lasted for approx. 3-4 hits (i.e. tricky to play outdoors at the moment, due to bad weather) they said they would do nothing to reduce the restringing price.
  In my opinion, as a regular customer, you should have handled this situation with more care. Seeing as I did not even ask for a free restringing service based on your previous work (which I am more than entitled to) and I simply recommended a lower price for the next restring, you just sat there on the phone stating you can't guarantee against hitting the top of the racket.
  In short, this is poor. I'm not a one time customer and you've opted to restring my racket on the last three occasions with replacement grommets - vs a new one - so, this situation needed to be handled differently. You were already about to bank revenue based on ordering the grommet in, and you missed the "customer service" brief on this one.
  Perhaps you returned from Xmas too early. Poor.
