Staff will quickly... establish your needs and help you to find the right racket fir you! I tried a range of rackets in their backroom and was able to quickly identify the racket for me thanks to Jack! What a big difference this has made to my game! Very knowledgeable staff who bend over backwards to offer their professional advice and assistance; Mitch and Jack were both friendly and... helpful when I visited the store after calling them on the 'phone. The store is very well stocked and even has a 'knock up netted' area where you can try out the wide variety of rackets for sale in store. Highly recommended and gets 5 stars from me on all aspects of the service - if you'll excuse the unintentional pun!read more

Very pleased with the service here. Demo'd multiple rackets in store and then trialled and eventually purchased a premium Prince... racket. They clearly enjoy their work and the service shines as a result. No sales pressure, just lots of patient and friendly advice. Was well worth a trip from London for me. Highly recommended. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who understood exactly what I needed in a tennis racket. I was given a selection of Rackets to try in... the hitting room which was such a help. Once I'd chosen a Racket they offered to string it in my preferred style whilst I waited. Nothing was too much trouble and although I live an hour away I would definitely come back to the shop for any of my tennis needs and would highly recommend that anyone interested in racket sports does the same.read more

If you are a keen squash player then definitely worth visiting - good selection of rackets from all the main manufacturers, backed up by... useful guidance & advice from Mitch. I live over 60 miles from this business but would definitely recommend a visit! They offer good customer service, impartial advice and no... pressure to buy. They even stayed open a little late to restring my racket although they could quite easily have sold me a new one! In a world dominated by the giant out of town fashion sports retailers it’s great to find an independent specialist who really knows their subject and offers a wide range of dedicated products and services.
